  • Apply LTE signal patch and data-connection patch (cherry-picks).
  • Add notification panel weather and settings in ROMControl (cherry-picks).
  • Add LCD density settings in ROMControl (cherry-picks).
  • Add network usage stats to statusbar and settings in ROMControl (cherry-picks).
